We have received numerous requests to provide a low cost D&O product for two particular types of risks - Residents Associations and Clubs & Societies.

One of the major stumbling blocks has been the inability to provide a simple cost-effective solution that overcomes the undoubted administrative difficulties.

MarkelUKOnline enables us to overcome these issues and we are pleased to announce the launch of two new D&O products with effect from 1st December 2005.

Residents Associations D&O product - accommodating all sizes of property being rated on the number of residential units.

Clubs & Societies - aimed at sports, Working Men's and Welfare Clubs and Societies.

In both instances we would expect the policy holder to be either a Private Limited Company, a company Limited by Guarantee or an Unincorporated Body operating within a formal constitution.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide these covers in Northern Ireland.
