Our Bristol Branch Manager, Simon Geen, joined us three months ago and has spent that time familiarising himself with the workings of our organisation and meeting some of our brokers.  Simon has joined us from MISYS having previously worked in both insurance company and insurance broking environments.

The Professional and Management Risks underwriting team will comprise of Kelly Rutter and Pam Taylor.  A Specialty Commercial Risks underwriter will be appointed shortly.

The final member of the team is Genette Ellis who has joined us as Branch Administrator.

The Bristol office will be handling all of our 'Western and South Wales Region' business (Avon, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Dyfed, Glamorgan, Gloucestershire, Gwent, Pembrokeshire, Somerset and Wiltshire) with servicing responsibility for these brokers transferring from our Birmingham and Reigate offices (as appropriate) for both new and renewal business with immediate effect.

We are aiming to achieve a seamless handover of workload and to maintain high service standards throughout this period of change.
