Employer helpline and assistance
Our employer helpline is provided by specialist employment law solicitors, Beachcroft Solicitors LLP, giving our Employment Law Protection policyholders direct access to an expert. Assistance is available for any employment law dispute that could lead to a claim under the Employment Law Protection section of your policy.

Having to deal with the press whilst managing a difficult situation can be particularly stressful for someone with little experience of the media. Mindful that the consequences of adverse press, publicity or media attention present a risk to your business, policyholders with Directors and Officers or Entity Defence sections have access to the specialist public relations organisation, The Counsel House (TCH).

We appreciate that the costs of undertaking checks can prove costly and so we have negotiated discounted rates with Complete Background Screening Ltd (CBS) for our policyholders with no registration fee.
