Simply submit your Warranty to warranties@markeluk.com and the appropriate solicitor will respond directly to you within 7 working days, detailing any requirements and/or recommendations (from a Professional Indemnity Insurance perspective).
Once you have received the response any corrective action should be undertaken by you. Should you require Simpson & Marwick to undertake any further work (either in connection with the Warranty or otherwise) then it will be your responsibility to meet the additional expense.
