Our local branch offices will predominantly concentrate on New Business Development and Broker Relationships from now on, but they will still work in partnership with the Renewal Team on some complex renewal business or where some local assistance is required.

Balancing efficiency gains made following advances in technology against personal contacts and service is always difficult, but we are striving to get things right in this regard.
Our substantial investment in new technology together with the acceleration in online trading has unfortunately resulted in three of our underwriter positions becoming redundant. We do however remain committed to providing a first class level of service in this fast changing market and are convinced that in the medium term we shall get the balance right between ‘man and machine’.
