Our Landlords policy has been designed to be transacted online and each policy can currently insure up to six premises.
When a client has more than six premises, separate online policies should be arranged (with a maximum of six premises per policy) to take full advantage of the transactional savings.
Whilst we are currently reviewing whether or not we can accommodate more than six premises per policy, in the interim, brokers will be encouraged to arrange multiple online policies for those clients who have a substantial portfolio of properties, so that they can still take advantage of cost effective transaction benefits.
Warehouse and Multi-tenure Business
Over the course of the last 12 months we have gradually reduced our involvement with Warehouse and Multi-tenure Business. As a result of this action we now only insure a modest number of risks and we shall not therefore be offering renewal of any remaining cases which fall due for renewal on or after the 1st April 2009
