Our Policy has four optional sections of cover:
- Public and Products Liability - Professional Liability - Clinical Trials - Employers Liability
Separate Indemnity Limits are provided in respect of each section of cover and all, with the exception of Employers Liability, may be written on a 'stand alone' basis.
This section caters for those companies that undertake the trial - 'the doing risk'. It is written on a specified trial basis, covering both traditional legal liability and 'no fault' compensation indemnities, as appropriate.
