Our award winners

Chris, from Birmingham, was nominated by his employer, Rafael Rose James, who shared how "Chris has excelled in practical applications and in theory", helping to advance their business and grow their customer base.

Gabbi, a roofing apprentice from Chesterfield, was nominated by her employer, Philip Dalton, Managing Director of Dalton Roofing, who spoke of her exceptional work ethic and enthusiasm to the job.

Ben, a L3 plumbing apprentice studying at Warwickshire College, was nominated by his college mentor, Amanda Bodycote, who spoke about Ben's willingness and determination to succeed, and his huge amount of resilience.

Dakota, from Moston in Manchester, was nominated for the award by his employer, James Burns of Croft Electrical. In his nomination, James talked about Dakota's commitment to the job, highlighting his 100% attendance.

Lily, who lives in Bolton, was nominated for the award by her employer, Andrew Hamilton of AR Decor, who spoke about Lily's attitude to work and how she has benefitted him and his business partner.

Alfie, from Fallowfield, was nominated for the award by his employer, Callum Scarry, co-owner of Beniko Construction, based in South Manchester. Callum shared: "He's never missed a day of work, and comes to every job eager to learn."
