COVID-19: Legal advice for contractors

COVID-19 legal advice for contractors

There is a vast amount of information available at the moment, and we know that getting to grips with all of this can be quite overwhelming, especially during this stressful time. That’s why we have created a guide, explaining the financial support available for the self-employed and contract issues.

Financial support for the self-employed and other businesses

The most up-to-date information around financial support for businesses can be found on the Government’s website. The guidance below is taken from those pages to raise awareness about the support that is available and to provide links to our SME clients.

As you’ll likely know, the Chancellor has set out a package of measures to support public services, the self-employed and businesses through this period of disruption that’s been caused by the COVID-19 outbreak. We are awaiting further information about these packages and will update this fact sheet accordingly.

Please note that the measures you can access may differ if your business is in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Click here for more information or read our article here.
