James Smith, personal trainer and owner of MiltonKeynes.Fitness, shared his insurance claim story with us:

The self-employed professional, who works as a personal trainer and runs his own business, sustained an injury on his way home from work. James was walking to his car after he had finished working with his clients, when he had an accident.

“I tripped on a kerb, and dislocated my knee, ruptured my ACL and tore my meniscus. Physically and emotionally, the injury sustained a lot of setbacks.”
