Renewing your policy

If your policy number starts with CD (e.g. CD12345) you can renew your policy:

• Online: Simply click the link in your renewal email, which will guide you through the step by step renewal process, or sign in using the button below
• SIGN IN TO RENEW YOUR POLICY
• Over the telephone: call us on 0800 640 6600.

Making a change to your policy

If you would like to make a change to your policy, please call us on 0800 640 6600, or complete a request form. Please include your policy number.

If due to coronavirus you are experiencing temporary difficulty in paying your premium or you want to discuss the cover under your policy, please get in touch.

If you purchased your policy through an insurance broker

If you arranged your policy through a insurance broker, please contact them for any queries relating to your policy.
