What makes our claims service different?
We are dedicated to delivering a superior claims service, dealing with all claims fairly and swiftly to ensure that any disruption to your organisation – and life – is kept to a minimum.
Having to make a claim is rarely a pleasant experience, but we do everything we can to make the process as hassle-free and painless as possible.
We provide a dedicated point of contact
Making a claim can cause a lot of stress in both your personal and business life, and it can be incredibly frustrating not knowing what's going on with your claim.
Every claim is managed from start to finish by a dedicated claims adjuster that is based in-house at our head office in Leeds. They will handle your claim with the utmost care and respect and you can get in touch with them directly; meaning that if you want to discuss your claim with us, you will be dealing with someone who has a full understanding of your situation and won't be passed around a call centre. Depending on the type of claim you make, we may appoint an expert loss adjuster or specialist solicitor to handle certain aspects of your claim (see below for more details), but rest assured they will do so with the same care and attention.
We only use specialist solicitors
If your claim requires the attention of a solicitor, we instruct specialist firms that are an expert in their particular field of law.
Be it professional negligence, personal injury or employment related, our panel of solicitors comprises some of the longest established and most respected firms in the UK, giving the best chance of defending your claim successfully. The vast experience of these firms means that they are likely to have handled a claim similar to yours in the past and will know the strategy to take to achieve the best possible outcome.
We provide useful guidance to help you prevent claims
Our useful information hub contains numerous guides on how to manage risk for your organisation – everything from preventing burst pipes in winter to avoiding data loss – that not only help minimise the chances of a claim occurring, but provide guidance on what to do should the worst happen.
