If you need to make a claim, or are aware of a situation that may lead to a claim, call us on 0345 355 2227 (our opening hours are 09.00 to 17.00. Calls are included in your bundle minutes from mobiles and landlines. Call made outside of your bundle minutes are charged at local rate).
Alternatively (and if you need to get in touch with us outside of opening hours) email claimsuk@markel.com with a brief description of the events leading up to your claim and we will contact you. You may find our making a claim checklist useful when considering what information to include.
On the same day you receive the Claims Notification Form (CNF):
One of our in-house experienced claims handlers (who will oversee your claim from start to finish) will assess your claim and be in touch.
